home sponge for custard

6 eggs, 6 dessert spoon sugar and 6 dessert spoon flour ( take 150 grams all purpose)

Beat the eggs and sugar till they are nice and fluffy

Electric  beater se

Then fold in the flour , I tbsp at a time

Add 1/2 lemon rind (if ground)


Bake at 175 for 20mins and check after 20 mins
