Chocolate icing
30g
unsweetened dark cocoa powder,
75g
melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 g caster sugar
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, taste to adjust sweetness.

I guess it will be cool as topping for cookies and biscuits as well.
