bread rolls


  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • ½ cups plus ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg white
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F for 5 minutes. Gently brush the rolls with the egg white and bake for 15 to 17 minutes until light golden brown.
